April 2019 (NextDoor) Oh my goodness, I can't say enough good things about Jack and Elaine at Apex. Super nice and professional. Jack just finished the somewhat tricky installation of our fan yesterday (tricky because of our vaulted ceilings, but he did it all in 2 days). Although we haven't had any hot days yet, I'm sure this is going to be a big improvement over our A/C. We opened the front door, turned on the fan, and the amount of fresh, cool, clean air coming in is just amazing. I HIGHLY recommend Apex! I'd say I'm a huge fan, but that would be a painfully bad pun.

March 2018 (Google)You'd be crazy not to work with Apex if you are in the market for a Quiet Cool fan. I received quotes from three other companies in the Denver area and Apex blew them all out of the water. Not only were they easy to work with, they were the MOST competitively priced. When it came time to install Elaine made everything easy explaining the process thoroughly and got us on the schedule right away. Jack did a wonderful job with the installation making sure to clean up everything; it was like he was never there. Looking forward to keeping the house cool all summer long with our new QC whole house fan from Apex!!

Nov 2018 - (Google)Had Apex install our house fan this summer, I would highly recommend working with them if you're in the market for one and looking for sales/ installation. Outside of easy scheduling and great customer service, what I appreciated most was Jack's flexibility and creative approach to the install so that we could maintain a nice clean aesthetically pleasing look but still put the venting in an appropriate spot. Really enjoyed working with them, great experience overall.

Aug 2018 - (Yelp, Google) If I could give 10 stars to Apex Home Performance, I would. I can't say enough good things about them. We just had a Quiet Cool system installed about a month ago, replacing our old clunky (and SUPER LOUD) whole house fan. Jack and Elaine (the husband and wife team behind Apex) were just amazing throughout the process. Elaine is such a sweet lady, and Jack is wonderful. They're professional, punctual, and do a terrific job. Jack reframed my ceiling joists and drywalled/mudded/texturized over the half of the existing 30"x30" hole in my ceiling that we no longer needed (the QuietCool vent is only 30"x16" for the size fan we bought), while installing my fan (we just had to run a little white paint over the area), and did such a fantastic job that you'd never know that we've ever had any other type of fan; it's just perfect! He also showed us how to set up our Smart Switch so we can control the fan from an app on our smartphones! It's the first "smart home" appliance we own, and it's made us want to install more. haha The fan is so quiet that we can't even hear it from our bedroom when it's running on High, 20 feet away. Apex's pricing is SUPER reasonable too - especially for the work that Jack has to do to install these fans! I can't recommend Jack & Elaine and Apex Home Performance enough. I already have recommended them to 3 neighbors and anyone else I've talked to looking for an attic/whole house fan solution. And since this is a literal Mom & Pop business (it's just them!), it feels good to know that I'm supporting local small business. Call them! I promise you won't be disappointed.

The Quiet Cool fan moves 4-5 times the amount of air the other fans move and I am thrilled with it's 15 year warranty and essentially maintenance free design.
My fan was just installed today and I couldn't wait to turn it on. My house is several degrees cooler and much more pleasant and I haven't even turned my air condiconder on this year. I look forward to cooler nights upstairs in my home with this new fan. Money well spent.

2017 - Jack and Elaine at APEX Home Performance are awesome to work with. They were listed on the Xcel Energy site as certified contractors for attic sealing and insulation. Only two of the five contractors we contacted got back with us, and the other company really did not stack up. Jack from APEX came out at the agreed time, took measurements, and explained the whole process to me in terms I could understand. Then Elaine worked with me on the bid and the gazillion or so questions I peppered her with. Jack and his employee were very thorough with the attic seal and insulation, and we could tell an immediate difference. We were so pleased with their professionalism, clean-up and effectiveness, that we asked them back to seal our crawl space. The result was equally fabulous - the family room over the crawl space has never been so comfy and consistent in temperature. We had hoped for improvement in comfort and reduction in furnace use, which we got, but what we weren't expecting was how much quieter the upstairs and family room are now. I would highly recommend APEX Home Performance for any service they provide. You will love working with Jack and Elaine.
