Can’t believe it’s been over 30 years that we’ve been in the residential construction and remodeling biz - my how time flies.
Additions, remodels, rennovations and so much more - seems we could build you a house with q-tips and duct tape with as much as we’ve done over the years. (Don’t worry, we really don’t use q-tips or duct tape that often and we actually are a licensed general and roofing contractor).
In 2013 we began our journey in the ”home performance/energy savings” sector becoming BPI (Building Performance Institute) certified for home energy audits and consulting and working with Xcel Energy becoming one of their top rated contractors. Our client list grew with air sealing, insulation and energy audits which also happened to include education on utilizing whole house & attic fans for energy savings, natural home cooling, indoor health & wellness and we became an Authorized Dealer with QuietCool Systems.
Fast forward 10 years . We're still a licensed General Contractor and and Licensed Roofing Commpany and we’ve been an Authorized and Platinum Dealer with QuietCool Systems since 2013.

We do provide top notch roofing services for our Apex QC clients, friends and families by referral only in the SE metro and Douglas County areas. It's important that when you replace your roof that the recommended sf of net free air (NFA) ventilation is installed so your whole house fan system will operate effectively and efficiently.
We can work with your insurance company and make sure you get the best results when you have to submit a claim. We don't chase storms, we don't knock on doors. Never have, never will. So if you need a trusted resource please don't hesitate to give us a call.
